Easy Red 2 is a game for those who know what they want from a World War II game: Weapon and movement simulation, historical accuracy in battles, huge maps with many deployed units, vehicles dominating the battlefields and a realistic approach to combat.

In this new version of Easy red we have written everything from scratch to achieve the quality of the game mechanics and optimized to manage a new great looking design that works even on weak machines.

We take you to Italy, from the shores of Anzio, to the bombed out heights of Monte Cassino, to Japan in the middle of the Battle of Kwajalein and during the German glider invasion of the Greek island of Kos.

As you can see from the changelogs, Easy Red 2 has been receiving more than one update per week during 2021-2022-2023. We want to continue in the same vein and frequently add new features such as weapons, uniforms, vehicles, factions, game modes and more. Usually, new features come from suggestions that users can leave on the Discord server.

Simulation and immersion

This is what we want from Easy Red 2. We try to make the player feel all the emotions that soldiers experience in the turmoil and adrenaline of the battlefield. Explosions, destruction, orders, shots will be all around the player, who will be rewarded by the game not for his number of kills, but for his strategic skills and survival skills.

Large battles and historical locations

The entire campaign will take place on large open-world maps that reproduce real battlefields, and battle plans are true to historical events.

Squad-based gameplay

No one can fight alone; good tactics require good teamwork. So be a squad leader, or a medic, or maybe a radio operator: you will always have a job within your squad.

We particularly focused on creating sub-objectives that are distinct from the main mission objectives. While a team's main objective might be to conquer a specific area, a sub-objective might be assigned after a radio request from a tank to clear a path around an anti-tank gun that has been spotted. So the gameplay has been radically improved, becoming more realistic and dynamic.
