Barotrauma is a 2D submarine simulator in the survival horror genre. Its creation was influenced by such games as FTL: Faster Than Light, RimWorld, Dwarf Fortress and Space Station 13. This sci-fi game is a combination of ragdoll physics, underwater alien monsters, teamwork and all-consuming fear.

In the not-too-distant future, humans have traveled to Jupiter's moon. Its radioactive surface is covered in ice, so life exists only in the ocean. Travel through the harsh underwater world, befriend or foe four local factions. Find out what lies in the depths of Europa.

Travel underwater, complete missions for the last representatives of humanity, explore the ruins of an alien civilization, fight monsters or run from them. Manage complex onboard systems such as sonar, nuclear reactor, weapons, engines and pumps. Communication is of the utmost importance!

EXPERIMENT, MANUFACTURING, CREATING

Set up complex onboard wiring, a complex manufacturing system, and a medical bay. Use built-in editors to create your own submarines and monsters that can compete with conventional ones. You can even get into our program code and change everything.
