💀 Task Force X Versus The Justice League

Rocksteady follow the Arkham games with a very different premise: Brainiac has taken Metropolis and turned the Justice League against it. Harley Quinn, Deadshot, King Shark and Captain Boomerang are sent in expendable, with bombs in their heads, to kill heroes they have no business fighting.

🦈 Four Characters, Four Movement Systems

Each squad member traverses the city completely differently. Harley swings on a bat-drone grapple, Deadshot flies on a jetpack, King Shark leaps enormous distances and Boomerang blinks around with his speed-force device. Swapping character changes how Metropolis feels more than how it fights.

🔫 A Loot Shooter At Heart

Combat is gun-focused with rarity tiers, affixes and constant drops, closer to a live-service shooter than the Arkham combat you might expect. Builds come together around synergies between weapons, gear and each character's traversal.

🏙️ Brainiac's Metropolis

The city is rendered in detail and built vertically for traversal, purple-skied and overrun. It is a genuinely striking open world, and moving through it at speed is consistently the strongest part of the package.

🦸 Boss Fights Against Icons

The campaign builds toward confrontations with corrupted Justice League members, each with its own arena and mechanics. These set pieces are where the premise pays off and the game is at its most confident.

👥 Solo Or Four-Player Co-op

Play the full campaign alone with AI squadmates you can switch between at will, or bring up to three others online. The mission design accommodates both without forcing a party.

🎯 Endgame And Mastery

Beyond the story there are escalating difficulty modifiers, Support Squad characters and gear chases for players who want to keep building. This is where the loot systems are actually aimed.
